Get Carded!

Winchester Public Library is open to everyone.

To be able to check-out books, DVDs, and other materials, you need a library card. Winchester Public Library cards are free! All Northeast Kansas residents are eligible for a card.

Please bring with you:

1. Photo ID
2. Proof of address (if different than your ID)
3. If under 18, permission from your parent or guardian
